Lori Zeh, LCSW is the founder and owner of SheSpirit, LLC. She earned a master’s degree in social work from Fordham University in NYC. A native New Yorker, she currently lives and works in North Carolina. Lori Zeh specializes in women’s issues, trauma recovery, depression and anxiety, self-esteem and self-care. She is also Reiki Master/Teacher and has learned much through practicing and sharing this healing art. She is a writer, public speaker, and event planner.
